That girl is so Shiney!

Hello and welcome to my very first blog/post. I feel as if I've fallen into the "blog trap" and now I'm a part of something I once mocked (what next youtube?!). I can't believe people can actually make money from writing on the internet... and most people who have blogs seem to be full of themselves (says a lot about me). But yes! I have started a blog on the whim/joy of starting one. I'm not going to presume I'll have many followers or become popular, I just hope people who do see it, find it somewhat interesting. This is going to be filled with lots of fun and interesting things! With the running theme of the *shiney pose*.

"Shiney" was something I just stumbled upon (maybe because I'm so Asian and I am bound to come across it) and just seemed so perfect for what I was trying to do here. I was probably exposed to this characteristic V-pose at a very young age watching the anime Sailor Moon. Ugh, yes I admit it, I watched it (and liked it!) and now I frequently use the peace sign over one eye as picture taking pose. Not to say this is the one and only cute Asian pose I've picked up (more to come soon).
